About the process
When you collaborate with CMR, you’ll be working with Christine and sometimes a team of designers. The process starts with an exciting conversation about your vision, when you approve of the prototype and sign the contract, production will begin. It’s as simple as that.

Interested to know the details? There are five phases to the process: information gathering, prototyping, contracting, production and shipping/delivery.
After initial consultation, project is broken up into the following stages: design, prototype, contract, production and shipping phase. Design phase includes -but is not limited to -conceptualizing and drawing preliminary drafts or electronic graphic files of final product(s). A creative brief and estimate will be generated and forwarded to project stakeholders. Prototype phase is when one preliminary model is ordered from the designs. Unlimited number of prototypes may be ordered; plan for each model to take two weeks each to complete. At the contract phase, the non-refundable 50% deposit is paid, contract is signed and prototype is approved. Payments may be accepted via PayPal, Zelle or Venmo. Any revisions to the contract would constitute a new design and estimate/quote, thus require a new contract starting at the design phase. Production phase begins after the contract is executed. When production is one-third of the way complete, client may be provided with photo documentation (if requested) and/or a product from the edition and production will be paused until 80% of invoice is paid. Any delay in payment will delay production deadline. Before job is shipped, clients must pay 100% of final invoice, which may or may not include shipping fees.
